- 3 medium apples, diced
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Dice the apples into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Halve the grapes and add them to the bowl with the apples.
- Toast the nuts in a dry pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then chop and add them to the mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the honey, ground cinnamon, fresh lemon juice, and sea salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and nuts, then gently toss to coat everything evenly.
Notes
Choose seasonal fruits for the freshest taste. Adjust the sweetness of the dressing by adding more or less honey based on your preference. Chill the salad for a bit before serving to enhance the flavor blend.
