Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  2. Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add in the heavy whipping cream, vanilla, cocoa powder, and red food coloring. Mix until fluffy.
