  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, mixing until crumbly. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
  3. Beat the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and heavy cream until evenly mixed.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, smoothing it into an even layer. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top, if using.
  6. Bake the bars in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
