  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water and cook according to package instructions. Allow to cool.
  2. Steam or blanch broccoli florets until bright green and tender-crisp, then cool under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, broccoli, diced apple, toasted almonds, and pecans.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
