- 1 1/2 cups crumble cookie crust (about 150 g)
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened (16 oz / 450 g)
- 1 cup sugar (200 g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Fold in the sour cream and fresh blueberries.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crumble cookie crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best texture and flavor, chill overnight. Use fresh blueberries to avoid color bleed.
