Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the washed and dried mixed greens.
- Toss in the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
- Gently fold in the diced avocado, taking care not to mash it.
- Top the salad with crumbled feta cheese for extra creaminess.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
