Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 12 cloves garlic, minced

  • 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 anchovy filets, minced (optional, for authentic flavor)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese), Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Dijon mustard, mayo, lemon juice, garlic, anchovies (if using), Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

  • Process until smooth: Blend until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

  • Store: Pour the dressing into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate.

  • Serve: Use on salads, as a dip for veggies, or as a topping for grilled chicken or wraps.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, blend a little longer until smooth.

  • Adjust flavors to taste  more lemon juice for tang or more garlic for a bold kick.

  • To thin the dressing, add a splash of water until you reach the desired consistency.

  • For a dairy-free version, swap Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with cashew or tofu-based alternatives.
