1 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

1–2 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 anchovy filets, minced (optional, for authentic flavor)

Instructions
Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese), Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Dijon mustard, mayo, lemon juice, garlic, anchovies (if using), Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Process until smooth: Blend until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
Store: Pour the dressing into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate.
Serve: Use on salads, as a dip for veggies, or as a topping for grilled chicken or wraps.
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend a little longer until smooth.
Adjust flavors to taste more lemon juice for tang or more garlic for a bold kick.
To thin the dressing, add a splash of water until you reach the desired consistency.
