- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
- 6 oz white chocolate chips
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
- 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- Melt Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk with the white chocolate chips. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Add Flavor: Mix in 1 tsp of vanilla extract into the melted white chocolate mixture.
- Pour and Chill: Pour the white chocolate mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
- Melt the Dark Chocolate: In the same saucepan, combine the remaining 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk with the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Flavor It Again: Add the remaining 1 tsp of vanilla extract and stir well.
- Layer It Up: Pour the semi-sweet chocolate mixture over the set white chocolate layer and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle and Chill: Top with Christmas sprinkles and refrigerate until fully set, about 2 hours.
- Serve: Lift the fudge out of the dish using the overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!
