- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Optional: 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce in a bowl until well-coated.
- In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Spread some of the BBQ chicken mixture onto each tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
- Top with a generous scoop of the coleslaw mixture over the chicken.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go to secure the filling.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra BBQ sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Use leftover chicken to save time; rotisserie chicken works great! Adjust BBQ sauce to your preference for extra flavor. Add extra toppings like avocado or shredded cheese if desired.
