- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks.
- Add the banana chunks to your blender.
- Scoop in the protein powder, and pour in the almond milk.
- Add the almond butter and cinnamon.
- Blend all the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Ripe bananas are key for maximum sweetness. Experiment with different nut butters and adjust almond milk for thickness as needed.
