- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until fully blended.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, covering them completely.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon generously on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped green onions on top before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. You can add toppings like jalapeños or avocado slices for extra flavor.
