Bacon Ranch Chopped Salad

A vibrant salad packed with crunchy veggies, savory bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups of broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 3-4 cups of cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup of green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup of red sweet pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup of carrots, finely sliced and diced
  • 1/2 cup of sweet corn (canned or fresh)
  • 10 slices of bacon, cooked, drained, and chopped
  • 1 cup of Colby Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chopped bacon and shredded cheese to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to chill before serving.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for a crunchier salad. Adjust the amount of ranch dressing to taste.
