- 1¾ cup water
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Combine water, flour, and soy sauce in a large bowl. Mix until you have a dough-like consistency.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it’s smooth.
- Shape into small pieces or strips, resembling chicken.
- Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a pot.
- Drop the dough pieces into the boiling broth. Cook for around 10-12 minutes until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
- Season with garlic powder and onion powder to taste.
- Serve in your favorite dish, whether it’s a salad, stir-fry, or sandwich.
Notes
Ensure your dough isn’t too dry; adjust the water if needed. Experiment with spices in the broth for added flavor. Use a non-stick pot to prevent the dough from sticking while cooking.
